Pendle Ventures was founded back in 2015, where owner Dan Jones gave up everything to take on the White Hart at Sabden. Staying close to his roots in Padiham, he moved in upstairs and got to work. That was when Pendle Ventures was born.
With over 15 years in the food industry, working in kitchens all across the North West Dan’s cherry picked passionate co-workers within the industry to join him for the ride. He even brought his talented brother on board, James, who is now Head Chef at The White Bull.
If Dan’s not in his chef whites and not pushing paper about, you can find him at the right side of the bar, usually with a Jack Daniels in hand.
